We Can increase the EPC rating of your property portfolio!
In April 2020, the government passed a law stating that all privately rented properties must have an EPC rating of 'E' or higher. In the next few years, this will be increased to a 'D' rating.
through the eco 3 grant, we can install funded energy efficient measures to your properties - to increase the epc rating and reduce your tenants bills.
Am I eligible?
funding eligibility is dependent on your tenant's financial circumstances.
Tenants receiving benefits, could receive fully funded measures!
Tenants earning under £35,000 pa (after rent), could also receive fully funded measures*.
*this figure can vary depending on the local authority.
How does the grant work?
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) means that the big six energy companies are obligated to pay for energy efficient improvements to UK homes.
We will assess your property and your tenant's information - Connecting them with the best suited installer.
Installations will be completed by the installer and payments will be made to the installer by the eco 3 grant.
